getPlasmidIdsByName: Get plasmids ID searching by name (wsdl)

Inputs:

<libs>

acronym(s) of searched CABRI catalogues (MANDATORY).

No wild character (*,?,%) is allowed.

<name>

name of searched plasmids (MANDATORY).

The wild character '*' is allowed.

Output:

a list of unique IDs preceeded by the acronym of the related catalogue (<catalogue_acronym>:<unique_id>)

Example:

Inputs: <libs>: BCCM_LMBP ; <name>: "LNX*"
Output:

   BCCM_LMBP:LMBP 4227
   BCCM_LMBP:LMBP 4228
   BCCM_LMBP:LMBP 4229

getPlasmidIdsByProperty: Get plasmids ID searching by properties (all text) (wsdl)

Inputs:

<libs>

acronym(s) of searched CABRI catalogues (MANDATORY).

No wild character (*,?,%) is allowed.

<text>

query terms to be searched for (MANDATORY).

The wild character '*' is allowed.

Output:

a list of unique IDs preceeded by the acronym of the related catalogue (<catalogue_acronym>:<unique_id>)

Example:

Input: <libs>: DSMZ_PLASMID ; <text>: ColE1
Output:

   DSMZ_PLASMID:DSM 5163
   DSMZ_PLASMID:DSM 3878

getPlasmidsById: Get plasmids details searching by ID (wsdl)

Inputs:

<libs>

acronym(s) of searched CABRI catalogues (MANDATORY).

No wild character (*,?,%) is allowed.

<ID>

unique ID for a record in the specified catalogue (MANDATORY).

Space MUST be substituted by the '_SP_' string. E.g.: "BCCM_SP_991" instead of "BCCM 991".

No wild character (*,?,%) is allowed.

Output:

the full record of the specified ID in the searched catalogue

Example:
