Currently, the following Web Services are available:
getCellLineIdsByName - getCellLineIdsByProperty - getCellLinesById

getCellLineIdsByName: Get cell lines ID searching by name (wsdl)

Inputs:

<libs>

acronym(s) of searched CABRI catalogues (MANDATORY).

When providing more acronyms, they MUST be separated by the '_SP_' string. E.g.: "ICLC_SP_DSMZ_MUTZ" instead of "ICLC DSMZ_MUTZ"

No wild character (*,?,%) is allowed.

<name>

name of searched cell lines (MANDATORY).

Punctuation and spaces must be removed from the name. E.g.: "A704" instead of "A-704"

The wild character '*' is allowed.

Output:

a list of unique IDs preceeded by the acronym of the related catalogue (<catalogue_acronym>:<unique_id>)

Example:

Inputs: <libs>: ICLC_SP_DSMZ_MUTZ ; <name>: hela*

Inputs:

<libs>

acronym(s) of searched CABRI catalogues (MANDATORY).

When providing more acronyms, they MUST be separated by the '_SP_' string. E.g.: "ICLC_SP_DSMZ_MUTZ" instead of "ICLC DSMZ_MUTZ"

No wild character (*,?,%) is allowed.

getCellLinesById: Get cell lines details searching by ID (wsdl)

Inputs:

<libs>

acronym(s) of searched CABRI catalogue (MANDATORY).

No wild character (*,?,%) is allowed.

<ID>

unique ID for a record in the specified catalogue (MANDATORY).

Space MUST be substituted by the '_SP_' string. E.g.: "ICLC_SP_HTL03003" instead of "ICLC HTL03003"

No wild character (*,?,%) is allowed.

Output:

the full record of the specified ID in the searched catalogue

Example:
