Cell Line Data Base (CLDB), the first database set up within the Interlab Project, contains detailed information on human and animal cell lines that are available in many Italian laboratories and in some of the most important European cell banks and cell culture collections.
If you want to start an on-line search you can
navigate HyperCLDB, also by means of
starting with a free text search or by accessing
the cell line name index.
HyperCLDB includes links to PubMed,
the NLM database of bibliographic biomedical references, and
OMIM(™),
Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man, the catalog of human genes and genetic disorders
authored and edited by Dr. Victor A. McKusick and colleagues at Johns Hopkins and elsewhere.
