DMEM + 2mM Glutamine + 5% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS). Split confluent cultures 1:4 to 1:10 i.e. seeding at 1-3x10,000 cells/cm2 using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO2; 37C.
Subclone of parent line C127. The cells support the growth of Bovine Papilloma Virus and has been used for DNA transfection studies.
