Part of the Business Division of the Health Protection Agency (ECACC, Salisbury, Wiltshire)
RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS). Split confluent cultures 1:3 to 1:6 i.e. seeding at 2-4x10,000 cells/cm2 using 0.25% trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO2; 37C. Cultures may not form a complete monolayer before subculture is required.

CLONE NA is a subclone of Neuro-2a, a clonal line of C1300 mouse neuroblastoma cells. The cells were selected for spontaneous mutations deficient in HGPRT in the presence of 8-azaguanine.
