RPMI 1640 + 10% FBS + 2mM L-Glutamine; Freezing medium: 90% FBS + 10% DMSO; maintain cultures between 2 and 9x10^5 cells/ml; split 1:5-1:10 every 2 to 3 days; 37C, 5% CO2, mycoplasma negative, HOECHST and PCR
Validated by: HLA-DP beta (confirmed as human by PCR)
