Istituto Nazionale per la Ricerca sul Cancro c/o CBA (ICLC, Genova)
RPMI 1640 + 10% FBS; Freezing medium: 90% FBS + 10% DMSO; maintain cultures between 0.5-1 x 10^6 cells/ml; split 1:3-1:6; 37C, 5% CO2, mycoplasma negative, HOECHST and PCR
Thaw the cells with medium supplemented with 20% FBS.
Validated by: HLA-DP beta (confirmed as human by PCR)
