L-15 + 10% FBS + 2mM L-Glutamine; Freezing medium: Culture medium + 50% FBS + 10% DMSO; split 1:2-1:5 using trypsin/EDTA for 10 to 20 minutes; incubate at 37°C without CO2 (close the flask caps), mycoplasma negative, HOECHST and PCR
