RPMI 1640 + 10% FBS + 2mM L-Glutamine; Freezing medium: 90% FBS + 10% DMSO; maintain cultures between 3-9 x 10^5 cells/ml; split 1:5-1:10; 37C, 5% CO2, mycoplasma negative, HOECHST and PCR
The viability of the cells can be very low after thawing; thaw with medium supplemented with 20% FBS
Validated by: isoenzymes (confirmed as mouse with MD, MPI)
