L15:EMEM (HBSS) (1:1) + 2mM glutamine + 0.1% bovine plasma albumin + 10% TPB + 20% FBS. Split confluent cultures 1:1 to 1:3 once a week. Do not exceed 28C incubation temperature. Change media weekly by removal and replacement of half 4.5ml total vol. No C02 required
