This is the complete description of the cell line that you requested.
By selecting a generic term (e.g. SPECIES) you will go to the corresponding list of controlled terms, while by selecting a specific term you will go to the list of corresponding cell line names.
SPECIES: mouse/mouse
TUMOR: hybridoma
DSMZ catalog code: ACC 212
Morphology: round cells growing singly in suspension
Description: mouse hybridoma (anti-rat fiber/myosin) this hybridoma cell line was described as secreting a mouse monoclonal antibody (IgM) reacting with adult rat type 2B fibers in immunofluorescence and with rat type 2B MHCs (myosin heavy chain) in Western blotting; established in 1983 by fusion of NSO myeloma cells with spleen cells from a BALB/c mouse immunized with purified myosin from fetal bovine muscles confirmed as mouse with IEF of AST, NP, PEP B
Viruses: ELISA: reverse transcriptase negative
Depositor: Prof. S. Schiaffino, University of Padova, Padova, Italy
