RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 20% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS). Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37C.

Initiated from the leukocytes obtained from a 32 year old Caucasian male having no known malignancy. EBV particles are present. The cells produce immunoglobulins in vitro. The cells should be handled under laboratory containment level 2.
