90% RPMI 1640 + 10% FBS maintain at 0.3-0.9 x 106 cells/ml; optimal split ratio 1:3 to 1:5 at 37C with 5% CO2 maximum density at about 1.2 x 106 cells/ml;
frozen with 70% medium, 20% FBS, 10% DMSO at about 5 x 106 cells/ampoule;
contamination was eliminated with Mycoplasma Removal Agent, then negative in DAPI, microbiological culture, RNA hybridization assays;
