90% Ham's F10 + 10% FBS split confluent culture 1:4 every 3 days using trypsin/EDTA at 37C with 5% CO2 cell harvest of about 15 x 106 cells/175 cm 2;

frozen with 70% medium, 20% FBS, 10% DMSO at about 2 x 106 cells/ampoule;
negative in DAPI, microbiological culture, RNA hybridization assays;
