RPMI 1640 + 10-20% FBS + 2mM L-Glutamine; Freezing medium: 90% FBS + 10% DMSO; maintain cultures between 2 - 4 x 10^5 cells/ml; split cultures 1:2-1:3; 37C, 5% CO2. Passage: 67, mycoplasma negative, HOECHST and PCR
After thawing, the cells appear very suffering, and grow slowly (thaw with medium supplemented with FBS 20%)
Validated by: isoenzymes (confirmed as human with MD, NP.)
