Grace's Insect Medium + 2mM Glutamine + 10% whole egg infiltrate + 1% Bovine Insulin (fraction V) + 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS). Grown in suspension. Dilute 0.5ml cells with 4.5ml fresh culture medium and dispense into new culture flask; 23-25C.
