EMEM (HBSS) + 2mM Glutamine + 1% Non Essential Amino Acids (NEAA) + 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS). Split semi-confluent cultures 1:2 i.e. seeding at 4x10,000 cells/cm2 using 0.25% trypsin; 5% CO2; 37C. Monolayer will form in a 25cm² flask in 1 week.
