95% Iscove's MDM + 5% FBS + 2 mM L-glutamine + 2.5 x 10-5 M mercaptoethanol + IL-3 (either 30% vol conditioned medium of WEHI-3B cell line (DSM ACC 26) or 20 U/ml mIL-3) maintain at 0.2-0.4 x 106 cells/ml; split 1:2 to 1:3 every 1-2 days, cells grow fast at 37C with 5% CO2 maximal density at 0.8 x 106 cells/ml;
frozen with 70% medium, 20% FBS, 10% DMSO at about 5 x 106 cells/ampoule;
negative in DAPI, microbiological culture assays;
Validated by: isoenzymes (confirmed as mouse with IEF of AST, G6PD, NP, PEP B)
