L15:H-Lac (1:1)(HBSS) + 10% Tryptose Phosphate Broth + 2mM Glutamine + 0.5% Luteinising Hormone (LH) + 20% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS). Split confluent cultures 1:1 to 1:2 every 2-3 weeks; 32C. Replace media weekly by removal and replacement of half total 4.5ml volume. Do not use trypsin/versene.
