DMEM + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS). Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml ; 0.25% trypsin may be required to detach cells from the feeder layer, which is important for survival during transfers; 5% CO2; 37C.
PSM is derived from the same tumour as PSA-1 (85011403). It differentiates well but requires STO feeder layers for growth.
