Embryonal carcinoma cells. Derived from spontaneous testicular tumor. Growth on gelatin-coated dishes. Differentiation into visceral or parietal endoderm with retinoic acid or hexame thylenebisacetamide treatment. LTR blocked, permissive after differentiation. Obtained from Dr. M.I. Sherman Nutley, N.J.
