EMEM (EBSS) + 2mM Glutamine + 1% Non Essential Amino Acids (NEAA) + 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS). Split confluent cultures 1:3 i.e. seeding at 4x10,000 cells/cm2 using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO2; 37C.
Isoenzyme analysis and HLA profiles have shown that EJ138 is in fact T24. Sometimes referred to as MGH-U1.
